Since our launch in 2007, we've become a regional staple in sports broadcasting, combat sports video production, and live streaming—including pay-to-view platforms that bring the action directly to fans.

With over 300 events produced, streamed, and supported, G3 Media Works was one of the first true content creators in MMA and combat sports. G Glen Gorman is the visionary Founder, Director, and Producer behind G3 Media Works, the parent company of CFS/Competitive Fighting Sports. Long before “content creator” became a cultural definition, Glen was pioneering original programming that reshaped the combat sports landscape. His innovative productions—KnockoutTV, Meet the Fighter, Metal Cage TV, and now Competitive Fighting Sports—cemented his reputation as one of the premier combat sports producers in the country.

Driven by a passion to elevate athletes and empower promoters, Glen’s vision begins with providing visibility platforms for up-and-coming fighters. Through fighter features, gym visits, and a cutting-edge live streaming platform, he ensures athletes gain the exposure they deserve. For event promoters, G3 Media Works delivers broadcast-quality streaming solutions that balance affordability with tailored production looks, offering a supportive framework that enhances both reach and professionalism.

Looking ahead, Glen is expanding the company’s footprint into promotional events and network structure strategies, positioning G3 Media Works and Competitive Fighting Sports for even greater impact. With 2026 set to be another pivotal year, Glen and his team continue to push boundaries, building a dynamic ecosystem where athletes, promoters, and fans connect through world-class combat sports entertainment. 

Phil Kaylor – Director of Photography & Media Innovator

Once known by the moniker “Cam One,” Phil Kaylor has been far more than a cameraman—he has been a creative cornerstone of the G3 Media Works brand and the CFS/Competitive Fighting Sports team. With a career spanning diverse industries, Phil’s credits include work with Maloof Entertainment, the Sacramento Kings, Sacramento State Football, and several feature films, showcasing his ability to deliver excellence across sports, entertainment, and cinema.

Phil brings a wealth of experience and abundant technical skill to Competitive Fighting Sports, elevating the brand’s visual storytelling and production quality. His eye for detail and commitment to capturing the energy of combat sports have helped shape CFS into one of the premier platforms in the country. More than a technician, Phil is a creative partner whose artistry and professionalism continue to strengthen the brand’s reputation and expand its reach.

At the heart of our Muay Tha/Lao mission is Nicko Phitsamay, a respected figure with over a decade of experience in promoting, matchmaking, and production. Nicko is a go-to source for Muay Thai and Muay Lao event support throughout California, with a focus on creating safe, empowering platforms for fighters and athletes.

G3 Media Works is now in proud partnership with Team AllOut and Company to present the Nak Muay Challenge Series and AllOut Battle Series. With 10 shows slated for 2026–2027, these events will feature:

• Select Pay-to-View broadcasts

Together, we’re bringing the 500-year-old martial arts traditions of Muay Thai and Muay Lao Kickboxing to new audiences—while continuing to collaborate with other promotions to expand visibility and opportunities for athletes.
